A QR code has been generated for your repair. Package your device and take this code to any drop-off point.
Mail-In Instructions
Simply package your device securely and take the QR code to your selected drop-off point. A member of the courier team will scan the code and process your shipment.
- 1 Package your device securely — wrap in bubble wrap or padding. Use a sturdy box that won't flex in transit.
- 2 Include your booking reference inside the parcel — write it on a piece of paper and place it inside the box alongside your device.
- 3 Remove SIM cards and memory cards where possible. Disable any screen lock or passcode before sending.
- 4 Show or print this QR code at the drop-off location — the courier team will scan it to generate your shipment label.
- 5 Keep your receipt — you'll receive a tracking confirmation once your device is collected and in transit to our repair centre.
