Mail-In Instructions

Simply package your device securely and take the QR code to your selected drop-off point. A member of the courier team will scan the code and process your shipment.

  1. 1 Package your device securely — wrap in bubble wrap or padding. Use a sturdy box that won't flex in transit.
  2. 2 Include your booking reference inside the parcel — write it on a piece of paper and place it inside the box alongside your device.
  3. 3 Remove SIM cards and memory cards where possible. Disable any screen lock or passcode before sending.
  4. 4 Show or print this QR code at the drop-off location — the courier team will scan it to generate your shipment label.
  5. 5 Keep your receipt — you'll receive a tracking confirmation once your device is collected and in transit to our repair centre.
